- Light-chain restricted bone marrow plasma cells >10%
- mindestens 1 CRAB Kriterium
- Hyperkalzämie

- Hb < 10g/dl
- Osteolysen
- oder 1 MDE (myeloma defining event)
- Knochenmark ≥60%
- abnormal FLC ratio ≥ 100 (involved kappa) or <0.01 (involved lambda)
- ≥2 focal lesions on MRI
- Serumelektrophorese
- Knochenmarkbiopsie
