Faktoren:

Risikofaktoren zentral:

  • ISS Stadium II + III
  • FISH - t(4;14), t(14;16), and del(17p)
    {del(17p) is prognostic only if present in at least 60% of the plasma cells    }
  • Zytogenetik 13 or 13q deletion, t(4;14), and del17p

Risikofaktoren erweitert:

  • 1q+, del1p may have clinical significance as a poor-risk feature
  • t(14;20) by FISH
  • PET-CT: persistierende Läsionen nach ASCT -- Konsolidierung?
